Eligibility Criteria for Returns

All products, including televisions and home audio systems, sold at MyRafikis Market are eligible for returns as long as they meet the conditions outlined in this policy. To be eligible, the product must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in its original condition, including packaging and accessories. Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been damaged or altered in any way.

Return Process

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team via email (info@myrafikis.com) or phone (+254-797-192 258) to request a return authorization number. Once you receive the authorization number, securely package the product and send it back to us. To ensure the product arrives in the same condition as when you received it, please return it in its original packaging, including all accessories. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the product and will be credited back to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product received is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and confirm that the returned product meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund within 10 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used. Please be aware that if the product was initially shipped for free, a fee may be deducted from the refund to cover the shipping cost.

Restocking Fees

For returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, a restocking fee of 15% may be charged.

Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service team via email or phone to request an exchange authorization number. Once you have the authorization number, you can place a new order for the desired product and return the original product to us. New orders can be placed either through our website or by contacting our customer service team. If the original product was shipped for free, a fee may be charged to cover the shipping cost of the exchanged product. Exchanged products must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in their original condition, including packaging and accessories.

Defective Products

In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective product, we will process a full refund or exchange, free of charge. For defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs.

International Returns

Customers outside the country are also covered by our returns policy. However, please note that return shipping costs and any applicable fees may be higher for international returns. For further details, kindly get in touch with our customer service team.
